JAC’s client is a famous global company specializing in Lighting solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Vision and Strategy:

• Oversee and assume accountability for the Sales function of the territory
• In conjunction with the Head of Business Development devise and implement relevant territory sales strategies

Market and Sell Products and Services

• Measure and analyze sales performance, providing monthly reports to the Head of Business Development
• Generate new business with existing and new customers
• Arrange and attend regular business meetings with new and existing customers
• Actively manage the sales pipeline & regularly report to the Head of Business Development
• Build closer relationships with relevant industry players for market intelligence
• Manage call cycle to optimize productivity; Maximise time spent on core responsibilities, Selling, Business Development, and Training
• Identify and attend networking and/or conference events; develop a specific prospecting plan and execute accordingly
• Follow the business selling process to develop the frontline capability

Manage External Relationships

• Identify and develop relationships with key prospects and decision-makers of new and existing customers
• Conduct Product Roadshows (Physical or Digital) with CP/Nominated Distributor’s clients in each assigned territory
• Update Account Plans and conduct Quarterly reviews with Managed Commercial Partner

Internal Relationships

• Work with other Department Team Members to enable the successful operation of the business Strengths

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven success in a similar role
• Good English communication
• Experience in Lighting industry
